7.The BEST on Tuesday announced that it will open parts of all its bus depots as pay-and-park lots and issued reasonable rates for two-wheelers, cars and heavy vehicles.Tuesday's meeting, the BEST committee approved a proposal to cut the rates. Previously, for example, the rate fixed for four-wheelers to park for 12 hours was Rs 150. In the revised chart, it has been cut by more than half to Rs 70.-Times of India

Quad countries call for end in violence in Ukraine, Gaza, and Myanmar .-The Quadrilateral partnership consisting of Australia, India, Japan, and the United States intends to expand the Indo-Pacific Partnership for Maritime Domain Awareness (IPMDA) into the Indian Ocean Region, the Foreign Ministers of the four member countries announced on Monday in Tokyo. Addressing the meeting, External Affairs Minister Dr. S.
