1.Former Maharashtra CM Manohar Joshi dies at 86.- Former Maharashtra chief minister Manohar Joshi passed away at around 3 am on Friday due to age-related health complications. He was 86. P D Hinduja Hospital chief operating officer Joy Chakravarty confirmed the news. Speaking to Hindustan Times, his son Unmesh said, “He had been admitted to the ICU and was under observation. He had cardiac trouble on Wednesday.

Farmers had put their ‘Delhi Chalo’ protest march on hold for two days after the incident, which had left at least 12 other peasants injured.
