The University of Oxford has yet again emerged as the top university in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2025. The food industry has asked the apex food regulator to increase lab testing facilities across the country.Senior executives of food companies had held meeting with the FSSAI CEO in this regard and called for additional lab facilities to curb the menace of adulteration. CEO KV Rao commented that FSSAI has put in place efforts for increased capacity of lab infrastructure including mobile testing labs wherever required and the food regulator is continuously working towards augmenting such facilities.
