British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said on Monday that his government would restart the trade talks with India following a bilateral meeting with PM Narendra Modi at the G20 summit in Brazil. “Boosting trade abroad is essential to delivering a strong economy at home. External affairs minister S Jaishankar and his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi met on Monday night met during the G20 Summit in Rio de Janeiro to discuss next steps after Ladakh disengagement.The ministers acknowledged the progress made on the recent disengagement in border areas of Ladakh and discussed future steps for the two countries.
