2.In a major diplomatic victory for India, the United States has designated The Resistance Front (TRF), a Pakistan-backed proxy of Lashkar-e-Tayyiba (LeT), as a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO) and a Specially Designated Global Terrorist (SDGT). The company purchased 330,043 equity shares at an issue price of INR 5,000 per share through a rights issue, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
