2.PM Modi to address 2nd edition of Infinity Forum 2.0 on December 9:

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to address the second edition of the prominent Financial Technology event, Infinity Forum 2.0, on December 9, 2023, according to an official release. As per the statement, the event is hosted by the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) and GIFT City, under the aegis of the Government of India. The 1st edition of the Forum was organised in December 2021 and witnessed over 95,000 registrations across more than 80 countries and a 'FinTech Showcase' with over 100 virtual exhibitors hosted alongside the main event.

8.Veg, Non-Veg thalis get costlier by 5-10% in November: Report

Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian thalis became costlier in November due to the rise in tomatoes and onion prices, according to rating agency CRISIL's roti rice rate index. The cost of the home-cooked veg and non-veg thalis increased 10% and 5% last month respectively, CRISIL MI&A Research estimates revealed. The veg thali comprises roti, vegetables (onions, tomatoes and potato), rice, curd, dal and salad. The non-veg thali has the same elements as the veg thali, except that dal is replaced by chicken (broiler).Last month, prices of tomatoes and onions were up to a substantial 35% and 58% which increased the cost of thali.
