Ministers Arjun Munda and Piyush Goyal said the Centre had taken adequate
measures to improve pulses cultivation in the country by increasing the minimum
support price (MSP) regularly. The two-day conference is jointly organised by
the National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India Ltd.
(NAFED) and the Global Pulse Confederation (GPC).

resolution.:The third round of talks between the protesting farmers in Punjab
and three central ministers concluded on a positive note well past midnight.
Union Agriculture minister Arjun Munda said the dialogue was “very positive”
and they had decided to meet again on Sunday evening. The farmer union leaders
called the discussions on MSP, the Swaminathan report, and debt
waiver “fruitful”, while Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann said he would
continue to broker peace for the state as he didn’t want to see the youth
facing teargas shells.

Election Commissioners on Thursday welcomed the Supreme
Court order scrapping electoral bonds as historic and said it
was a major step towards bringing transparency in the realm of electoral
funding.In a landmark judgement, the Supreme
Court annulled the electoral bonds scheme on Thursday, saying
it violates the Constitutional right to freedom of speech and expression as
well as the right to information.

advisory.-The Gautam Buddh Nagar Police has said restrictions under CrPC
Section 144, including a ban on unauthorised public assemblies, would be

on Friday. Delhi might also see traffic snarls due to the farmers' nationwide
protest.

march to Mumbai on January 26.

growth with Q4 RevPAR up 41.6% on year, with Greater China RevPAR up +72.8%
compared to the same period in 2022. Full year APAC RevPAR grew 58.7% versus
2022. Occupancy remains driven by continued growth in leisure travel, which is
being increasingly supported by rising corporate and group demand. Beijing,
Tokyo and Kuala Lumpur stood out as Hilton’s best performing markets.

announces its IPO.- Juniper Hotels Limited,
a luxury hotel development and ownership company, and the largest owner, by
number of keys of ‘Hyatt’ affiliated hotels in India, has announced its Initial
Public Offering (IPO) at the price band of ₹342 to ₹360 per Equity Share.The
Issue of the company will open on February 21, 2024, for subscription and close
on February 23, 2024. Investors can bid for a minimum of 40 Equity Shares and in
