3.Indian embassy issues advisory for citizens in Lebanon as tensions grow.- The Indian Embassy in Beirut on Thursday strongly advised Indian nationals against travelling to Lebanon till further notice and leave the country amidst the growing tensions between Israel and Hezbollah.Since October 8 last year, violence has flared across the border between Israeli troops and Hezbollah.

4.Historic First – Bangladesh Air Force To Operate From India For 1st Time During IAF’s ‘Tarang Shakti’ Exercise .- More than four decades after its creation, Bangladesh military aircraft will roar over the skies of India for the first time. In the exercise Tarang Shakti (Power of Waves), the Bangladesh Air Force will participate with its fighter jets, along with other Western air forces.So far, Bangladesh Air Force aircraft have never operated from Indian soil.

9.India Ranks 39th in Travel & Tourism Development Index 2024 .- India is ranked 39th among 119 countries, according to the Travel and Tourism Development Index 2024 report published by the World Economic Forum.In a written reply in Rajya Sabha today, Minister of Tourism, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, said that as per the UNWTO barometer for May 2024, there were 975 million international tourist arrivals around the world in 2022, wherein India recorded 14.3 million international tourist arrivals that represented 1.47 per cent of the international inbound tourism market share.
